Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment. During peak lavender season (June-August), processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 (contiguous US)
Standard Shipping: $5.00 (5-7 business days)
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
