Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
- Products damaged by misuse
- Items marked as final sale
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
